In 1999 Peters & Burg was founded in Hungary by two entrepreneurs.

First two contracts signed with systems suppliers from EU countries; began sale of active ingredients and white-label products in Ukraine and Russia

Corporate structure established; long-term partnerships established with manufacturers of active ingredients in China

Project implemented to manufacture ready-to-use chemical plant protection products in Hungary

A distribution network established in Ukraine

Multiple projects in Russia for "contract manufacturing” involving many manufacturers; started cooperation with enterprises in India

Project on production of PE and HDPE containers successfully implemented in Ukraine

Further geographical expansion; development of distribution network in Kazakhstan

Distribution network launched in Moldova

Micronutrients production project started in Ukraine

Project on regulatory services provision in various CIS and CEE countries started

A seed project in Ukraine lead to a sizeable harvest of sunflower seeds

Business partnerships in the United States, Africa and South America established

Revenue reached 100 million USD

Business rights protection project successfully launched
